Destination Canada 2015 is presented by the Embassy of Canada in France with support from Citizenship and Immigration Canada and in partnership with public agencies for employment and international mobility: Pôle emploi international in France and FOREM, Actiris International, and VDAB in Belgium.
Destination Canada is an annual event in support of the Roadmap for Official Languages which aims to inform French speaking candidates of the opportunities available to them to live and work in Canada.
Destination Canada is your forum for information about working and living in Canada. Canada is recruiting: Canadian employers will be on hand with job offers in a wide variety of fields: hospitality, culinary, translation, IT, multimedia, engineering, education, health care, transportation, skilled trades (welders, plumbers, pipefitters, mechanics...).
Canada is opening its doors
Representatives of Canada's provinces and territories as well as francophone communities across the country will give participants a taste of the welcome that awaits them and the services that can help them get settled, as well as the opportunities to live in French across Canada.
Canada is inviting
Through a presentation by the Embassy of Canada, participants will discover the country's diversity and learn about the opportunities to work temporarily or live permanently in Canada. Workshops on different themes will also be held (permanent residence via Express Entry, acquiring or creating a business in Canada...)
